Mountain View Cyclery was launched on August 1st, 2003 by the husband and wife team John and Beven. Originally from southeast Michigan, John and Beven wanted to pursue their dream of owning a bike shop. After Beven participated in the Big Ride (cross-country charity event) during which she traveled through North Idaho, they knew that it was the perfect spot. John and Beven are avid cyclists and strive to foster a healthy cycling community here in the inland northwest.
